PTPTN

I received an email from PTPTN, with 2 pdf files attached.

The email was send to me regarding to the reduction of 3% interest to 1% interest rate from PTPTN.

The new offer letter was send via email regarding to any updates as well as the changes of the interest percentage.

When I browse the PTPTN website today, I saw that those whom had borrowed or received the offer from PTPTN from year 2002 and below can start to click update their "Ujrah".

Those whom had got their offer from PTPTN on year 2002 or before do click here to submit your IC number and email.

You will then receive a link in your email to validate the submitted email as well as to updat your profile, such as the current correspond address, the mobile phone number, parents ic number and etc. Once those informations had been updated, the PTPTN webmaster will send in another email, with all those changes made.

There will be a statement
"Permohonan anda telah diterima dan akan diproses. Keputusan permohonan akan dimaklumkan melalui emel. Terima Kasih."

The "keputusan" written is not a direct result of whether the application is successful or not. It meant that the application forms of new offer letter will be send through email to the applicants. The applicants shall fill in the attached form and in 2 copies. Each applicant will have their new generated offer letter code and as well as statements to sign.

The applicants are given 90 days to submit the signed new offer letter to PTPTN and it is not yet approved that the interest will automatically reduced from 3% to 1%. They will then send in approval letter either by email or send to correspondent address.
