Home made fried spaghetti

~ My home made fried spaghetti ~

I took some initiative to cook for myself, when nobody is at home. I do not know what to cook until a fine moment I thought of fried spaghetti.

So, I took out a small pot to boil water for the spaghetti and while waiting for the water to boil, I grabbed a few cloves of garlic, peeled off the skin, and chopped them.

Then, I took out the chilli hotdog, let it at room temperature to defrost. At the same time, I searched for spring onion, or parsley (whichever ingredient is in the fridge), and one tomato from the fridge.

I slice a small opening on the posterior and anterior of the tomato, and dumped into the pot of boiling water to enable a smoother and easier peeling of the tomato's skin. Cut the tomato into small cubes and put aside.

Washed the spring onion thoroughly and then pat dry then with a paper towel. Finely chopped the spring onion and put aside.

Now take the chilli hotdog, sliced them into any shape that you would like to stir fry them together with the spaghetti.

Grabbed some spaghetti, put into the boiling water with a pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil (to ensure the spaghetti to have smoother texture). Then, leave it to boil for about 5 minutes.

While waiting for the spaghetti, heat a pan with adequate olive oil. Put in the chopped garlic to fry and add in a tiny pinch of salt to flavor the garlic. It will force the garlic aroma out completely and then put in the sliced chilli hotdog to fry. Once the chilli hotdog seems to be almost fully cook, put in the tomato cubes. Continue the frying of the tomato cubes with the previous ingredients, until it dried off.

Now the boiled spaghetti should be done, and sieve to dispose all the water. Put the spaghetti into frying pan, and continue to fry; add in the finely chopped spring onion and add in a small pinch of salt to the spaghetti for taste. Continue to fry for 2 more minutes with full heat. Add in pepper (black pepper preferably) and lastly a small mount of lemon juice (depending to how large your spaghetti portion) for taste and aroma.

Close the heat, and serve :)

~T-Bowl~

At last, went to T-Bowl for a lunch. Sadly, not during weekday...because on weekdays, you can enjoy their set meals which comes together with a drink and dessert.

The T-Bowl (toilet bowl) concept eatery place...At Sunway Pyramid branch.

1. Mango Lime Bubble Mocktail...

2. Kiwi Dlight Burger

3. Signature Giant Sausage

4. Volcano Spicy Chicken

I should say the food are just so-so, because I found out that the food that they served that day weren't hot ans sizzling... felt like being warm using a microwave before served, especially the giant sausage. The first bite, I felt it wasn't hot and in fact, a bit cold as in left at room temperature for some time. They really needed to look into this. Serve sausages that were not warm--> not fully cooked; left at RT for quite long; reheat the sausages that had just been thaw--> my assumption of the possibilities)

Well, I guess we can always enjoy the uniquely design in the place, but not the food. (my 2 cents)

prosperity burger for lunch~

Prosperity burger...

A way to make yourself prosperous in the coming year...

Well, the prosperity burger can really be taken once a year. Not only because McD only offer it during CNY, but also the too pepper seasoned chicken burger will caused the person not to take in twice. (Well, this is my 2 cents...I felt that too much black pepper seasoning inside, I am not too sure about your taste, though...)

I think I rather have luck than prosperous. I needed a lot of good good luck this coming year... and please pray for me-->lots of luck...

p/s: the prosperity burger set comes a long with a fizzy drink. you can ask for carbonated drink, and it's even rm1 cheaper...

Lunch at OldTown white coffee

Being stranded alone, wasn't a bad thing.

Just recover from a fever yesterday, and out of a sudden, I was being dragged / kidnapped to IOI mall Puchong.

Without knowing what to do, while waiting for WC finished her meet up with friends; I just need to find my own activity...

So, Old Town White coffee become the destination for me to take a rest, have my lunch as well as to surf online.

Lunch time.... 12pm-230pm at Old Town White Coffee.....

They had a total of 6 varieties,
1chicken noodles
2javanese mee
3chicken rice
4prawn meehon-mee
5asam laksa
6steam rice with sausage & chicken (20 minutes waiting time...)

served with classic float- 7-up, 7-up revive, pepsi, miranda strawberry...

I had choosen set 6, steamed rice with sausage and chicken... and 7-up float.

The taste?

I like the chicken fillet steamed together with rice. It tasted superb. The chicken fillet so tender with the sausage (well, if the sausage is the real traditional chinese sausage, it should be even tastier).

I do wonder, if Old Town will serve other items, or snack such as chu cheung funn? or porridge?

That will really make a lot, as this is an asian style of coffee shop and franchise, it should be in for consideration.

7-up Float

Steamed rice: yum yum.......XD
This was the lunch I had just now...so filling and great!!!
